Return Policy – Downrange Bike Works

30-Day Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

Free Return Shipping

All approved returns include free return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return label once your return request is authorized.

No Restocking Fees

We never charge restocking fees. If your return is approved, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Final Sale Items

Certain products may be marked as final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@downrangebikeworks.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

3. Drop the package off with the carrier listed on the label.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email notification once the refund is issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue quickly with either a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order. Send the item back using the prepaid label, then place a new order for the item you want.

Missing or Lost Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first for a delivery investigation. If you still need help, reach out to us and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.
